You can find the plugin on SpigotMC.

Put the .jar file into your plugins folder in your server:

#Start your server

vzBackpack will automatically detect Shopkeepers.

#Create NPC

Now create your desired Shopkeepers-NPC. In this example we will create an Admin-Shop. Look at the position you want to create the NPC and write:

/shopkeeper

#Give backpack item

Now give yourself a backpack with:

/vzbackpack give <playername> <backpack-color> -shopkeepers
// Replace <playername> with your Username and <backpack-color> with your desired color

#Configure the shop

Now open the shop editor with Shift+RMB.

Place the backpack in the first column and the payment (for example diamonds) in the third column.

#Finish

Exit the inventory to save the changes.
